How to choose the right sandal size (and make sure they Don’t hurt your feet)
There’s nothing more frustrating than a pair of sandals that either pinch or slip off while you're walking. What shoe size do I wear, and what size should I buy?
These are the most common questions when it comes to choosing sandals. The right size is key for comfort and stability.
Here are some simple tips to help you find the ideal size for you!
1. Measure your feet properly (YES, both of them!)
Start by placing your foot on a piece of paper. Trace around it with a pencil or pen. Then, measure from the heel to the longest toe. Repeat the same for the other foot. We’re human, and often one foot is slightly larger than the other. Use your larger foot as a guide to choose the right size.
Another way to measure accurately is to use a tape measure or ruler while standing. Our feet spread slightly when we’re standing, so it’s important to take the measurement in this position for more accuracy.

2. Check our size chart
Once you've measured your foot, take a look at our size chart (don’t worry, it’s below!) to see which size matches the length of your foot. All our sandals are measured exactly according to the length of their soles, so there won’t be any unpleasant surprises. If your foot is exactly between two sizes, go for the larger one. What size should you buy? The answer is that it’s better to have a little extra space than for your toes to feel squished.
Another thing to keep in mind is the size differences between different manufacturers. If you already have a favorite pair of sandals, measure their sole and compare it to the size chart to ensure a perfect fit.
3. Leave some space for your toes
The secret to comfort is not choosing sandals that fit too tightly. Your feet need a bit of space to breathe, especially in the summer! Leave a few millimeters of room in the front and back so your toes don’t hang off the edge of the sole and hit the ground.
Additionally, keep in mind that the width of your foot also plays a role. If you have wide feet, choose a design that offers some extra room on the sides so you don’t feel pressure throughout the day. 4. If the leather feels a bit tight at first, don’t worry
Remember that leather is a natural material that adapts to your foot. So give it a little time! It’s normal for it to be a bit stiff at first. Don’t get discouraged if your new sandals don’t feel like slippers from the start! With a bit of use, the leather will start to mold to the shape of your foot and become more flexible.
You can also speed up the process by wearing them indoors for short periods to soften the material more quickly.
